These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Contrastly (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms.

2. Functionality Disclaimer

The App provides color contrast calculations based on publicly available accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that results produced by the App will meet all regulatory or compliance requirements in every context.

Users are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws and standards.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer paid features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

For subscription purchases:

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of the developer.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Subscriptions: If you offer subscriptions, ensure your in-app purchase screen and App Store listing clearly describe renewal and cancellation behavior.
