These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Contrastly (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms.
2. Functionality Disclaimer
The App provides color contrast calculations based on publicly available accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that results produced by the App will meet all regulatory or compliance requirements in every context.
Users are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws and standards.
3. In-App Purchases
The App may offer paid features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Purchases are managed by Apple.
- Refund requests must be handled through Apple.
For subscription purchases:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of the developer.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if these Terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
