By downloading or using KeyMate (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

KeyMate is a password management tool intended for personal use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Data Responsibility

Your vault data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and maintaining access to your information. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or user actions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional paid features (“Pro”) through in-app purchases.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.

Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or external links.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and design are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
