Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PavePlan (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

2. App Functionality Disclaimer

The App provides calculation tools and visual estimates for planning purposes only.

We do not guarantee that:

• Calculations are error-free
• Results are suitable for construction or engineering use
• Material quantities are exact for real-world projects

Users are responsible for verifying measurements and requirements before purchasing materials or beginning construction.

The App is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Payments and Premium Features

Some features of the App may require a one-time purchase (“Pro” features).

Payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

All purchases are final and subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

4. No Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Accuracy or reliability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Material purchase decisions
• Construction errors
• Financial losses
• Property damage
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App operates primarily offline and does not collect personal data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
