These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use PixPort and its features.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PixPort, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
PixPort is a photo workflow and export tool that may include features such as image conversion, compression, resizing, PDF creation, metadata removal, OCR, background removal, presets, and batch processing.
Feature availability may vary depending on app version, device compatibility, and whether you have access to Pro features.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some PixPort features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund handling are managed through Apple under Apple’s terms and policies.
- Access to paid features begins after a successful transaction
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Apple
- Restore Purchases may be used to restore eligible purchases tied to your Apple account
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use PixPort only with content you have the right to use and process
- Not use PixPort for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful activities
- Not attempt to bypass paid access controls or misuse subscription features
- Not interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the app
5. Content You Process
You retain ownership of the photos, files, and content you choose to process in PixPort. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use, modify, export, and share that content.
6. Intellectual Property
PixPort, including its branding, interface design, code, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Availability and Disclaimer
PixPort is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. While we work to keep the app stable and useful, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every task will succeed in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixPort disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixPort will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update PixPort, change features, modify pricing, or revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PixPort features if necessary to protect the app, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse. You may stop using PixPort at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling subscriptions through Apple if applicable.
