These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DayLeft mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
DayLeft is a countdown and event tracking application that allows users to create countdowns, customize widgets, and manage reminders.
Some features of the App are available for free, while others require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase (“Pro Features”).
3. Free and Paid Features
Free Features
- Create and manage countdown events
- Basic widget functionality
- Core countdown display features
Paid Features (DayLeft Pro)
- Unlimited countdowns
- Advanced widget customization
- Custom countdown styles
- Ad-free experience
Paid features may be accessed through:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
- One-time purchase
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
No free trial is offered. Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation.
One-Time Purchase
The one-time purchase is a single payment that unlocks Pro features permanently.
This purchase does not auto-renew.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
6. User Content
All countdowns, event titles, and related data are created and managed by you. You are responsible for the content you create within the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including design, text, graphics, and code, are the exclusive property of DayLeft and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
DayLeft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed reminders, incorrect countdowns, or any loss resulting from reliance on the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
