Welcome to Tutor Track (“the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
The App is primarily intended for lesson scheduling, lesson confirmation, lesson record management, income tracking, payment recording, and related reminders. You understand and agree that the data and summaries displayed by the App depend on the information you input, modify, and maintain. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is as accurate and complete as possible.
When using the App, you must not use it for any activity that violates applicable laws, public order, public morals, or the lawful rights and interests of others, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for the content you enter, edit, delete, or export in the App, including but not limited to lesson data, learner information, contact information, payment records, and notes.
The App’s summaries and calculations are generated automatically based on the data you enter. If results differ from actual circumstances due to input errors, unconfirmed session status, incorrect pricing, missing payment records, device settings, or similar causes, you are responsible for reviewing and correcting the relevant data.
The App uses a local-first approach. If you enable iCloud, synchronization may also depend on system settings, network conditions, and Apple service availability. You are responsible for monitoring the storage and protection of your important data.
The App and its interface design, structure, code, graphics, text, trademarks, and other related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to the App provider or relevant rights holders. Except as otherwise permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” basis. We will make reasonable efforts to improve the App, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or expected-profit losses arising from or related to the following:
We may update, adjust, suspend, or terminate features, interfaces, rules, or support methods of the App within a reasonable scope, and we will try to provide notice through appropriate means when possible. You understand that the App may continue to evolve over time.
If you enter information relating to minors into the App, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful, proper, and necessary basis for handling that information and for protecting it appropriately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time based on product updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. Revised Terms will be published through an appropriate channel and will become effective on the date of publication. Continued use of the App after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
