Security note

KeyMate currently does not use a master password. For best protection, enable device passcode and Face ID / Touch ID. Your vault data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

If a master password feature is introduced in future versions, it will be clearly communicated in-app.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Your vault data is stored locally on your device. KeyMate does not upload your vault content to our servers.

Does KeyMate have a master password?

Not at the moment. Access protection relies on device security (passcode and biometrics).

AutoFill is not showing KeyMate. How do I enable it?

Go to Settings → Passwords → Password Options. Enable AutoFill Passwords, then select KeyMate under “Use Passwords From”.

Why do I see ads?

KeyMate may display ads to support ongoing development. Ads are served via Google AdMob. You can control tracking and personalized ads in iOS settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I have a subscription issue. What should I send?

Please include your Apple ID region (country), the subscription plan, and a screenshot of the App Store receipt (you may redact personal details).

These steps resolve most issues quickly:

Update to the latest iOS version.
Restart your device and try again.
Ensure device passcode and Face ID / Touch ID are enabled.
If AutoFill fails, re-check Settings → Passwords → Password Options.
If the issue relates to ads or consent, review iOS privacy settings.
